Executive Board
President - Nicholas Eaton
Nicholas Eaton is the current President of SBU Freethinkers. He was elected for the 2009 and 2010 Academic Year. A Stony Brook senior, Nicholas is studying political science. He is an atheist and hopes to rejuvenate student activism on campus using his elected position as a soapbox for secular issues. Nicholas was formerly copy-editor of the Stony Brook Press.

Vice President - David Mazza
David Mazza is the current Vice President of Stony Brook Freethinkers. David is one the original founding members SBU FT and served as the first Secretary. He has also been instrumental in developing this website and the overall online presence of SBU Freethinkers. David was also elected to the Undergraduate Student Government and is the current Executive Vice President of Communications.

Secretary - Alicia Kanauer
Alicia Kanauer is the current Secretary of SBU Freethinkers. Alicia was elected Secretary for the 2009-2010 school year. Entering her sophomore year as a Social Welfare major, Alicia hopes to work with the executive board to coordinate group activities which will encourage membership and involvement campus-wide.

Treasurer - Moiz Khan
Moiz Khan is the current Treasurer of SBU Freethinkers. Moiz is one the original founding members of SBU FT and served as the first Treasurer. Moiz is heading into his Sophmore year at Stony Brook as a double major in History and Philosophy. He is an atheist and is mainly concerned with creating and developing a Non-Religious community on campus as well as in the larger community. Moiz also serves as a Senator in the Undergraduate Student Government.

Michael A. Bell is the current Faculty Adviser of SBU Freethinkers. He is a Professor in the Ecology and Evolution department at Stony Brook University.
